About Me...
I am a full time professional photographer, based in Orange County, California. Specializing in weddings,portraits,family photos and headshots. I love capturing people, in any environment, especially theirs.
I have over 16 years shooting experience and am versed in advance flash, lighting, studio work, strobes and have taught photography lessons on the side for many years. I can shoot anything, and LOVE doing so!
Born in Kassel, Germany (yep! that's where my parents got my name...after the city where i was born)..I moved here by the age of 2 and have lived and worked in southern California all my life. I love to travel and am always out doing location shoots, destination weddings all over the country, or models in my studio. I have a large private studio in Orange County, California and am ready at all times for product photography, personal creative portraits and family photos.
I love to meet new people, and am what they call ....a "People Person". I would love to chat with you about whatever photos you may want or need, over a nice cup of strong coffee.

Kassel grew up in southern California his entire life. He ,encouraged by his parents,grew up exploring various aspects of fine arts . Incorporating them into his passion for photography,he developed them with the encouragement of his Photographer father.
Since opening the doors to his studio in 2001,Kasel`s imagery quickly came into high demand.
His amazing eye and developed photographic skills has brought clientele of all aspects in front of his lens.
Primarily loving creative portraits,weddings and models to work with.
Today as a professional full time photographer,Kassel has had the pleasure of working with numerous celebrities,actors,model headshots,amazing families and live events.
Kassels photography has allowed him to travel and shoot in over 12 different countries,and all over North America.
Over the years he has had numerous published works in books, magazines,CD covers,short films,newspapers and television.
Kassel has received honors and awards from The International Library Of Photography, OC Fair, and Best Of Photography from Santa Ana,California.
Shooting with many years of experience as a creative,personable,fun to work with professional, Kassel captures his subjects in a way that strikes emotion and wonder.
He makes his subjects relaxed, unposed and natural. He has the ability to capture each client as different as he sees them, whether portraying a special bond of a family or the shy innocence of a child , Kassel has the eye to document them from behind his lens.
